Warning to all hungry witches: “Never underestimate the resourcefulness of young children!” In this Brothers Grimm classic tale of breadcrumbs and bonbons, Hansel and Gretel become lost in the woods. There, they find a magical gingerbread house covered with goodies. When they are invited into the candy cottage for dinner, they find themselves in hot water (almost), but it’s the cook who feels the burn (almost). There is a surprise happy ending for all in the Family Stages version of this not so Grimm fairy tale!
Recommended for families with children ages 3 and up. Running time 45 minutes.
