50th Gettysburg Reunion, Mon., Jun. 28, 7 pm

The 1913 Gettysburg reunion was a Gettysburg Battlefield encampment of American Civil War veterans honoring the 50th anniversary of the famous battle.

The June 29–July 4 gathering of 53,407 veterans was the largest ever Civil War veteran reunion.

The lecture will discuss the planning, logistics and personal stories from the event including original photos.
