Beginner Chess Classes for Grades 1-5 Begin Sep. 19

Join us for this 3-week series of beginner chess classes taught by one of our high school volunteers. Learn the basics of the game and have fun!

3 Classes – Mondays from 4:30-5 pm

Open to students in grades 1-5. Each class is limited to 8 students.

Registration is required. One registration will register you for all three classes. Click here to register. This class will build on itself, so please only sign up if you can attend all of the classes.

(Please note: This class is only for children who do not know how to play chess yet or are just beginning to learn. If you already know how to play, please instead attend either the club following the class at 5 or wait for the intermediate classes, which will begin on October 10.)
