2025 Annual Appeal

What a difference a year can make! Thanks to your generosity during last year’s appeal, we were able to purchase new tables and chairs for our quiet study area. They quickly became a favorite spot for students doing homework, adults working remotely, and anyone looking for a peaceful place to read or think. Your support made that possible and we’re so grateful.

This year, we’re turning our attention to the future. The Library is beginning a strategic planning process to help us imagine what the next chapter of Huntingdon Valley Library should look like. We want to hear from you, our readers, learners, and friends, about what matters most and how the Library can continue to serve our community in the years ahead. We’ll be inviting you to a stakeholder meeting in the spring of 2026, and I truly hope you’ll join us to share your thoughts and ideas.

In the meantime, your gift to this year’s Annual Appeal will help us continue making immediate improvements to our spaces and services while we plan for the future. Every donation, large or small, helps keep the Library vibrant, welcoming, and responsive to our community’s needs.

As a special thank-you, donors who contribute $50 or more will receive a “We Love Our Library” yard sign, donated by the Ciment family. This is a way to show your love for the Library and help spread the word about our shared commitment to learning and community.

Thank you for being part of the Library’s story. Your support means so much to all of us here, and to everyone who walks through our doors.
