Please remember to wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in and plan to be barefoot on the mats. Socks are acceptable. Please bring your own mats, if possible. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow.

For families with children ages 3-12. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Nakesha V. Moore, MD (she/her) is the owner and founder of Breathe Moore. Her passion for making yoga and mindfulness more accessible to young people started when she found out she was going to be a mother.
