Presenter Frances McKeown, of the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Program (https://www.pheaa.org/), has worked in the financial aid field for over 40 years. She has been with PHEAA for over 15 years, and prior to that was the Director of Financial Aid at Bucks County Community College.
