Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month! Bronwen Mayer Henry will discuss using art to soothe the mind. She will speak about her process and then we will create zentangles.

Would you like to slow your brain done and find a bit more peace? Discover a different approach to meditation. Use creative practice, playing with shapes and color for the purpose of finding joy, stress relief, or just slowing down your racing thoughts. Local artist, Bronwen Mayer Henry will share her contemplative approach to creativity. Participants will have an opportunity to play with creativity as a form of meditation. We invite you to see this as a form of stress relief – it is not about producing something to hang on the wall. All levels of experience (including none) welcome. Materials provided.
