Animal Tracks Scavenger Hunt for Kids, Week of July 12-18

Calling all wildlife trackers! Creatures have been creeping around outside of HVL, and we need you to identify them by following their tracks. Come to the library this week and search the grounds to find the footprints of several species. Identification sheets* will be available to help families follow tracks and clues to guess which creatures have been hanging around the library. Gotta find ’em all!

Available July 12 at 10 am-July 18

Note: This activity will be self-led. The identification sheets will be left on the table outside the front of the library, so that patrons can do the activity at any time, even during the library’s closed hours. Please leave the animal tracks undisturbed where you find them so that other patrons can enjoy the activity too.
