Feb. 14 Super Smash Bros. Tournament for Teens

Use your early dismissal afternoon to battle it out for the title at Huntingdon Valley Library’s first Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament! Participants will show their skills in this single elimination round tournament until there is one player left standing. We will play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on the Nintendo Switch and project the tournament on the big screen for all to watch. There will also be snacks and board games set up for eliminated players. Feel free to bring your own controllers if you have them, and your Switches for friendlies to warm up and just for fun.

Registration begins at the library at 1pm on the day of the event. The first 16 students in grades 6-12 who arrive in person may sign up for the Tournament. All other 6-12th graders are welcome to spectate, sign up to commentate, participate in side games, play board games, and enjoy snacks and drinks for this fun afternoon. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 players, and the winner will receive a $50 gift card to GameStop!

Open to students in grades 6-12.
