Drop-in Yoga classes at the Library with Theresa Landolfi in the beautiful and relaxing Community Room.
Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10:30 am.
$7 per class. Bring a yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothes.
All levels welcome. Ages 10 and up.
Full 1-hour beginner Hatha yoga class.
