Brains and Balance in October
Brains and Balance Past 60 is a new workshop designed for the unique needs of active older adults who know the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable. Workshop is divided into 4 segments. October 3, 10, 24, and 31 at 3 pm in our Community Room. Sessions are $5.00 per session, $20.00 total. Each session is 45 minutes.
Balance – age appropriate exercises focusing on muscle groups that aid stability and balance: legs/quads, core/lower abdominal, shoulders, chest, back hips and pelvic floor area.
Brains – enhancing neuroplasticity skills, brain teasers, puzzle conundrums, short term memory games, knowledge, language small group problems solving, building skills, card games, concentration exercises.
Classes are facilitated by Bob Fischer, Owner of i50fit that provides Personal Fitness Training & Workshops for Active Older Adults
Registration is required (online) Class is limited to 15 to 20 persons.
