Chair Yoga and Meditation with Lynn Roberts from Pura Vida – CONTINUING THROUGH DECEMBER 18!

The practice of Yoga can be beneficial for you body, mind & heart! Chair Yoga & Meditation class every Wednesday Morning from 10:30-11:30 am has the perfect combination of gentle & fluid movements, breath work, visualization, and meditation- all from your chair!

Each class is $7.  This is now a drop-in class with a max size of 20.

Your instructor Lynn Roberts designed this class for those who have pain, injury, disability, or who simply enjoy meditation.

Traditional yoga classes typically require students to be able to get on and off the floor easily, and to be able to do standing postures. The beauty of Chair Yoga is that it is simple, easy, and accessible to all!
