Director’s Corner

The Friends of Huntingdon Valley Library treated us to a wonderfulStaff Appreciation Breakfast on Dec. 18 with a delicious spread of goodies.  I want to take a moment to say my own Thank You to our wonderful staff.  I’m especially grateful for my Department Heads – Pam, Glynnis and Tetjana (who has been with the Library since 1984).  They coordinate, train, organize and motivate this fun-tastic team.  That team includes: Jonathan (’97), Jane (’04), Mariel (’05), Marilyn, Jessica, DeAnne, Sunil, Kathleen, Tom, Karen, Meghan, Blessy, Bovas, and our janitorial duo: Rolf (’74) and Tom (’86).  Jeff, the Board liaison to the Friends joined us, too!  As you can see, a good time was had by all.
