December Calendar of Events

The December calendar is ready. You may notice it’s a bit emptier than usual. The Township is having our beautiful maple floors in the Community Room refinished, so the Community Room will be closed from Wednesday, December 11 through December 18 and will impact many of our ongoing programs.

The Friends have scheduled a break in Canasta and Mah Jongg after Dec. 10 until January.  Monday Mah Jongg will resume January 6. Tuesday Canasta will resume January 14. Wednesday Canasta will resume January 8.

We do have some fun Children’s programs planned, like Holidays Around the World on Saturday, December 21 featuring our friends from the Bright Star Touring Theatre. Check out the Coding Fun, Book clubs, Creative Construction: Tumble Tree Timbers, and Winter Crafternoon programs.

Pam is hosting Evening Book Club on December 10 and we still have Friday movies planned on for Dec. 6 – The Art of Racing in the Rain and Dec. 27 – Where’d You Go Bernadette. The new Chess Club for Adults will continue on Fridays at 10 am in the Friends Learning Lab.
