Famous people and not-so-well-known – hear the stories behind portraits as well as fashion and hints artists give us as to the life of the sitter. John Singleton Copley’s famous painting of Paul Revere, Grant Wood’s American Gothic and John Singer Sargent and his full-length Boston Society portraits…Modern portraits – some humorous – some sitters “let it all hang out.”
