September Calendar of Events
Both the September Calendar of Events and Fall 2018 Youth Services brochure are ready for your fridge!
Sunday Hours begin September 9 from 1 to 5 pm and continue until next summer. Come study with us, we’d love to have you.
New for Fall, we have planned some fun events for Tween STEAMers in grades 6 to 8, starting with Wii Sports play on Friday, September 28 at 3:30 pm. We are planning fun activities that focus on Science, Technology, Engineer, Art, and Math.
Vanessa also invites teens to talk about The Hunger Games on September 7 at the Middle School Book Club and a Hunger Games Party to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the book on Friday, September 14.
Bright Star Touring Theater will present Beauty and the Beast on Saturday, September 29 at 11 am in the Community Room. This theatrical production is sponsored by the Friends of Huntingdon Valley Library!
If you are looking for an evening adult book club, join Meg on Monday, September 10 at 6:30 pm to discuss The Lovely Bones by Alice Seibold.
