Are you looking for a new space to practice your yoga or maybe you are new to the practice? The Library offers both a relaxing location and experienced teachers.

Wednesday Morning Library Yoga with Theresa Landolfi

10:30 am in the Community Room

Each class is $7.  This class is an on-going drop in class, but with a limit of 20 students.  Once this class is full, we invite you to join the Monday evening class.

Full one-hour beginner Hatha yoga class. All levels welcome.

Bring an exercise mat or purchase one for $5.

6:30 pm to 8 pm in the 2nd Floor Community Room.

An extended 1.5 hour session of Hatha yoga, perfect for beginners.

Each class is $7.

Please RSVP for the first class to show your interest in attending.
