YOGA at the Library

Are you looking for a new space to practice your yoga or maybe you are new to the practice? The Library offers both a relaxing location and experienced teachers.

Wednesday Morning Library Yoga with Theresa Landolfi

10:30 am in the Community Room

Each class is $7.  This class is an on-going drop in class.

Full one-hour beginner Hatha yoga class. All levels welcome.

Bring an exercise mat or purchase one for $5.

Chair yoga and meditationChair Yoga and Meditation with Lynn Roberts from Pura Vida.

A new 6-week drop-in Chair Yoga and Meditation class begins in September with Lynn Roberts from Township’s own Pura Vida Wellness Shop and Studio.

Each class is $7.

Class is held from 10:30 to 11:30 am in the 2nd Floor Community Room.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

An extended 1.5 hour session of Hatha yoga, perfect for beginners.

Each class is $7.
